• Promotes or incites terrorism, violent extremism, or violence against any individual or group;
• Contains personal or sensitive information about a third party (such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health records) that you do not have the right to process;
• Is fraudulent in nature, including forged identification documents, falsified contracts, or fabricated financial statements;
• Is hateful, discriminatory, or harassing — including content that attacks or demeans individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin, disability, or other protected characteristics;
• Constitutes disinformation or misinformation, or is intended to mislead others;
• Impersonates any individual or organization (including iBoomto and its employees) without consent or legal authority;
• Bypasses the access restrictions, encryption, or digital rights management (DRM) of files belonging to others;
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial content, including chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized advertising, gambling, or lottery content;
• Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other malicious code, including files disguised as legitimate PDFs or other document formats.

This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. The absence of automatic blocking, filtering, or other technical restriction with respect to any Input, Output, or action taken through the Service does not indicate that such use complies with this Policy or with applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with this Policy and all applicable laws at all times. We reserve the right, in our sole and reasonable discretion, to determine whether any use of the Service violates the letter or intent of this Policy.

User Responsibilities

Your use of the Service must comply with applicable law at all times, as well as with this Policy and any other policies referenced in it;

Keep your login information secure and do not share your account with others;

Any activity carried out through your account is treated as your own responsibility, regardless of who performed it;

If you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, unauthorised use of your account, contact us immediately at support@iboomto.com;

Not attempt to access other users’ accounts, data, or interactions with the Service;

Respect the rights of other users and third parties at all times;

Anything the Service generates, extracts, or summarises ("Output") should be reviewed with your own judgment before you act on it - this matters most where an error could carry real consequences, for example in legal, financial, medical, or other high-stakes contexts.

If you use Output in a professional, academic, or public setting, checking its accuracy and completeness beforehand is your responsibility, not something the Service guarantees.

The Service is built to support your work, not to substitute for your own expertise or for advice from a qualified professional. Where disclosure of AI involvement is required - whether by law, professional standards, or a contract you've entered into - making that disclosure is on you. Presenting AI-assisted Output as though it were produced entirely by a person, in a way that could mislead anyone or breach such a requirement, is not permitted.

Reporting and Handling

If you become aware of content or conduct that violates this AUP, please report it to us at support@iboomto.com. Reports involving copyright infringement should be submitted in accordance with the process described in the Copyright Complaints section of our Terms of Use.

Depending on the severity of the violation, we will take the following actions:

• Content Removal: Violating content will be directly removed from our platform.
• Account suspension/ban: Accounts that seriously violate regulations may be temporarily or permanently banned.
• Report to the relevant authorities: Serious illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Legal Action: We reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.
