We recommend that you read this Privacy Policy in full to ensure you are fully informed. Your acceptance of our Privacy Policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of our Services. If you disagree with this Privacy Policy, you must stop using our Services immediately.
When you use our Services, we may collect the following types of personal information:
1. Account information: When you register to use our desktop app or website, or contact us for support or other offerings, we will collect information that identifies you. This includes:

2. Usage information: During your interactions with the Services, we will collect and process information about how Users use or interact with the Site and features and functionality of the Services. For example, we will collect information about the most frequently visited pages, used functionalities, and similar information relating to use and interaction, and performance and quality of the Services.
3. User's Input: When you use our AI Services, we may collect the files, prompts, and other content you submit ("User Input") as necessary to provide the requested Services. Your User Input may be processed temporarily on our servers to generate the requested results. We do not use your User Input or AI-generated Outputs to train our AI models without your explicit consent. This kind of data is collected only when you use our AI Services.
4. Payment Data: We utilize third-party payment services to process transactions. Your payment is processed by a third-party payment provider acting on our behalf. The provider may collect billing information such as your name, email address, billing address, and payment details to process your order and provide related services.
We receive limited information from the payment provider, such as your subscription status and order details, but we do not collect your full payment information.
Our payment providers are contractually required to protect your personal information and may not use it for their own marketing purposes or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide their services or comply with legal obligations.
5. This log data may include your internet protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type, the date and time the Services were used, your language preferences, and URLs starting with a reference site. We may, for example, use your IP address received from your browser or device to determine your approximate location to assist with localization or for security purposes.
We use your personal information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Services. Depending on the country in which you are located, we will only process your Personal Information based on a valid legal ground.
We may use Personal Information for the following purposes:

AI-generated outputs are similarly retained only as needed to deliver the requested results. Unless you explicitly use a cloud storage feature, your files and outputs are not persistently stored on our servers. Documents and other files you save using our desktop application or online tools are stored locally on your device.
3. Payment data: limited billing information we receive (such as subscription status and order details) is retained for tax/accounting purposes.
We do not store your full payment card details; these are held by our third-party payment providers in accordance with their own retention policies.

5. Customer support communications: retained indefinitely to allow us to address any follow-up questions or disputes, unless you request deletion.
6. Marketing data: retained until you opt out or withdraw consent, you can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails, which will remove the user from marketing/subscription lists.
